I am a Learning Experience Designer passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. My journey has been one of exploration, problem-solving, and creativity, beginning in customer service, where I discovered my love for helping people. While I explored training and technical writing, it was Instructional Design that truly resonated with me—bringing together technology, creativity, and structured content design to build meaningful learning experiences.
Having worked across corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how people learn and what makes training truly effective. From MOOCs and blended programs to interactive workshops and digital strategies, my focus is always on making learning engaging, accessible, and results-driven. I love solving problems, organizing content, and using technology to create learning experiences that help people grow and succeed. For me, learning design isn’t just a job—it’s a mindset that influences everything I do.
Paper Title: ECKNA: Shaping the Future of Entrepreneurship™
Contribution: Knowledge as a Pillar for Entrepreneurial Learning
As a Learning Experience Designer, I led the development of the Knowledge pillar within the ECKNA framework—recognizing it as the foundational element to equip entrepreneurs with the skills, insights, and mindset necessary to thrive in uncertain, high-growth environments. My work focused on reimagining how knowledge can be integrated seamlessly into incubator programs through structured, stage-based learning paths, multimodal content design, and adaptive learning technologies.
I proposed and designed the Knowledge Hub, a layered educational structure combining self-paced digital resources, blended learning strategies, and AI-powered personalization to create a robust and scalable learning ecosystem. This approach moves beyond traditional capacity-building efforts and embeds a culture of continuous learning and critical thinking at the core of incubation.
By designing knowledge not as a one-time intervention but as an evolving, contextual companion to the entrepreneurial journey, the Knowledge pillar became a key enabler for program relevance, founder agility, and long-term venture success.
