My journey has been one of exploration, problem-solving, and creativity, beginning in customer service, where I discovered my love for helping people. While I explored training and technical writing, it was Instructional Design that truly resonated with me—bringing together technology, creativity, and structured content design to build meaningful learning experiences.

Having worked across corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how people learn and what makes training truly effective. From MOOCs and blended programs to interactive workshops and digital strategies, my focus is always on making learning engaging, accessible, and results-driven. I love solving problems, organizing content, and using technology to create learning experiences that help people grow and succeed.
